The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, banks, and a supermarket. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance with restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements. the hotel had a range of amenities such as a bar, restaurant with delicious food, pool table, football table, and live music on Saturday nights.
There were several negative aspects during our stay. The water supply was a major issue, with limited or almost no water during the day.

The hotel's decor was pleasantly charming, with beautiful traditional artwork and comfortable seating areas. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel, including ramps and handrails, making it convenient for me to move around. The staff members were attentive and always available to assist, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
To enhance the vacation experience for senior travelers, I would suggest having larger, easy-to-read signage throughout the hotel, especially in hallways and common areas. This would make it easier for seniors to navigate and find their way without having to rely too much on the children working there for guidance.

The staff members were incredibly kind and friendly, always willing to help. The cleanliness of all areas was top-notch, making me feel comfortable at all times. The games and pool table provided great entertainment, and the rooftop terrace was a fantastic addition. The dorms were fresh and cool at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The neighborhood had a vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of little and affordable restaurants to choose from. The different room sizes and prices catered to various needs and budgets. The bilingual staff made communication easy, and the wifi, although not perfect, worked well enough. The handwashing space and laundry facilities were convenient. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, as was the delicious 'Mexican' inspired menu. The alcohol menu, including cocktails, was impressive. The living room was a lively space to interact with fellow travelers. a very satisfying experience.
